REFUND AND RETURN POLICY

Our Commitment We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase from Hustle Hearted. If you're not happy with your order, we're here to help.

Return Window You have 30 days from the date of delivery to initiate a return for a refund or exchange. Items must be unused, unwashed, and in their original condition with all tags attached.

Non-Returnable Items The following items cannot be returned:

  • Final sale or clearance items
  • Items marked as non-returnable at checkout
  • Gift cards

Return Process To start a return:

  1. Contact us at hustlehearted15@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return
  2. We'll provide you with return instructions and a return authorization
  3. Ship the item(s) back using a trackable shipping method
  4. Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll process your refund

Return Shipping Costs

  • Domestic Returns (US): Customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or we made an error
  • International Returns: Customer is responsible for all return shipping costs. Please note that international returns are typically more expensive than domestic returns

Refunds Refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 5-10 business days after we receive and process your return. Please note that duties and taxes on international orders are typically non-refundable.

Exchanges If you'd like to exchange an item for a different size or color, please contact us and we'll help facilitate the exchange.

Damaged or Defective Items If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the issue. We'll provide a prepaid return label and send a replacement or issue a full refund, including original shipping costs.
