Shipping policy
Processing Time Orders are processed within 1-3 business days (Monday-Friday, excluding holidays). Orders placed after our daily cutoff time will be processed the next business day. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order ships.
Domestic Shipping (United States) We offer the following shipping options:
- Standard Shipping: 5-7 business days
- Expedited Shipping: 2-3 business days
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method.
International Shipping We ship to select international destinations. Delivery times vary by location:
- Canada: 7-14 business days
- Other International: 10-21 business days
Duties and Taxes For international orders, duties and taxes are calculated and collected at checkout. You will not be charged additional fees upon delivery.
Order Tracking Once your order ships, you'll receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number. You can track your package through the carrier's website or your order confirmation page.
